“It takes a tribe to raise the child”, says the proverb. At Unicosmos the three stakeholders: Student, Teacher, and Parent are the cornerstone of the learning community. When these three stakeholders triangulate with each other, the learning process becomes relevant, joyful, and lifelong. Nevertheless to achieve this vision, we have developed programs and school activities that ease out parent’s perpetual apprehensions and help them maintain a sound work-life balance.

It’s our constant endeavour to empower parents to become effective partners in their child’s learning. Through different on-boarding processes like academic orientations and parent-teacher interactions, we bring about transparency and build a bond with the parent community. The parents are given requisite choice to voice their suggestions & opinions for customising the specific needs of their child and such suggestions are openly discussed with the Parent and considered positively. Needless to mention that in this proposition of alignment between the school and the parent, the student blossoms to his or her fullest potential, thereby realizing the common goal of raising a happy and self -assured child.
